For workplaces

Great offices run on coffee

Most office coffee is an afterthought: a pod machine that nobody descales, or an urn of something bitter. Your team drinks it every day, and it is the first thing a visitor is handed.

We put in a bean-to-cup machine that your people can use without training, and keep it supplied with coffee we roast each week at Hursley Park, near Winchester. One supplier for the machine, the beans and the servicing.

The machines

LaCimbali S-Lite

Our usual choice for offices. Push-button bean-to-cup, fresh milk, compact enough for a kitchen worktop. Staff help themselves, and it grinds fresh for every cup.

LaCimbali S20

The step up, for bigger headcounts and busier kitchens where the machine gets used all day and the drinks menu needs to stretch further.

Both are supplied and serviced by us — tell us your headcount and we will quote the right one. A bigger site with a staffed bar is a different conversation: see Slayer espresso machines and Compak grinders.

What we will ask you

  • How many people are in, on a normal day and on a full one
  • Fresh milk, or is a powdered system acceptable in that kitchen
  • Whether the spot can be plumbed in, or the machine needs a tank
  • Who fills it, wipes it down and calls us when it complains
  • Meeting rooms and visitors, or just staff

Those five answers decide the machine. We would rather put in a smaller one that gets looked after than sell you something oversized.

Small team? Buy it off the shelf today

Under about fifteen people, a full bean-to-cup install is usually overkill. These three cover most small offices and studios, and you can order them now.

  • Sage Barista Touch Impress — guided espresso with an assisted tamp, so anyone can pull a decent shot. £1,199.95
  • Sage the Barista Pro — the sensible workhorse if someone on the team already knows what they are doing. £729.95
  • Fellow Aiden — batch filter rather than espresso. Fills a jug of genuinely good coffee for a meeting, with nobody standing at a machine. £365

Pair any of them with a standing coffee order and the kitchen never runs out.

The coffee is the point

Machines are easy to buy anywhere. What most office suppliers cannot do is roast the beans themselves. Ours are roasted weekly in small batches a few miles from most Hampshire offices, so what comes out of the hopper is fresh rather than something that has sat in a warehouse since spring.

Wholesale deliveries go out on Thursdays and Fridays. Trade prices are quoted per account — tell us your volume and we will send a price.

Try it before you commit

We can bring coffee to your office for a morning, or send a sample box for the kitchen. If you would rather see the machines first, come to the roastery at Hursley Park. We also run the OHCO tuk tuk, which is worth knowing about for staff days and open evenings.

Talk to us about your office

Tell us the headcount and where the machine would go, and we will come back with a recommendation and a price.
