Slayer Steam Single

The most accessible Slayer yet, and the first with an internal water reservoir — so it can be plugged in and used without plumbing, then plumbed in later with the optional kit.

It takes what people like about the Steam LP and puts it in a single group footprint: shift between flow rates by hand, record the shot you like, then play it back all day. A dedicated pre-infusion circuit saturates the puck gently for a more even extraction, and the heads-up Barista Dashboard shows what is happening while you pull.

Suited to a small café, a second bar, a roastery counter, an office with someone who cares, or a serious home set-up.
