Description

Two grinders in one body. Lab is set up for rapid grind changes, direct portafilter grinding and low retention, which makes single dosing espresso straightforward. Shop uses filter burrs for a more even particle size, a cleaner cup and a big hopper for batch brew and retail grinding.

A 960 W motor at low rpm with cooling fans keeps burr temperature stable when it is working hard — which is what keeps the cup consistent through a busy morning.
